What we are doing to help to stop the spread of the COVID19 virus.
We want to say a Big Thank you for being a loyal Frankie’s Chicago Style Pizza customer!
As you all are aware there has been daily changes & updates in the unfortunate coronavirus situation. We would like to update you on how Frankie’s is handling the situation to protect you & our staff from the terrible illness.
Here are the measures we have currently taking to decrease any risk of the transmission of the coronavirus.
Cleaning & Sanitation
• All door handles
• All common areas sanitized multiple times daily
• All Computers, Keyboards & Phones
• Both Bathrooms multiple times daily
• Hand sanitizer at all employee stations
Staff
Our staff have been instructed to be extremely vigilant about extra hand washing, no face touching, and the importance of advising us of any feeling of illness. If in fact they are ill they are required to Stay Home! If they are exhibiting any symptoms of the coronavirus, they are to see a Med doctor & cannot return to work until they have been cleared by a Med doctor.
We will continue to monitor updates from the CDC & World Health Organization to ensure we are taking all necessary precautions.
Our Frankie’s family takes the safety and well-being of our customers and our team as our top priority. Due to the recent developments with the spread of the Covid-19 virus, Frankie’s will be closing our dining room to guests effective Tuesday, 3-17-2020 until further notice.
Delivery service available as usual as well as pick up orders and curbside carry out upon request.
For our delivery customers we will have the option of no contact delivery and can leave your order wherever specified.
With curbside carry out, we will bring your food out to your vehicle. Please call when you arrive.
In addition, we will only be able to accept credit or debit card payments. Any gratuity for our drivers can be added to the card ahead of time or specified upon delivery. Other delivery options include Grubhub, Doordash and Bite Squad.
Our updated hours will be Sunday-Thursday 11am-9pm & Friday-Saturday 11am-11pm.

Even when life gets disrupted, we will all find a way to get through. As long as we are able to continue to serve you, we will.
UPDATE:
Frankie’s would like to announce we will be closing at 9 p.m. Sunday-Thursday & 11 p.m. Friday & Saturdays until further notice. This time will be spent doing excessive after hours cleaning & sanitation in the effort to keep us all as safe as possible!
Also with any delivery orders in the event you prefer no contact with our driver you may instruct our staff or in the notes for online ordering where to leave your order.
