Americans have been celebrating the value of our Father’s since July 19, 1910 when the governor of the U.S. state of Washington proclaimed the nation’s first “Father’s Day.” However, it wasn’t until In 1972 that Richard Nixon signed a proclamation making Father’s Day a federal holiday at last. Father’s play a special role in every child’s growth and having one day dedicated to them is the least they deserve. Today, economists estimate that Americans spend more than $1 billion each year on Father’s Day gifts.  If you can’t bring your Dad to Frankies this Sunday, get him a gift card so you can enjoy a meal made freshly by us sometime soon.
